 Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Texas with a bachelor degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of five years experience in clinical supervision
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Proven clinical managerial and leadership skills
  • Extensive experience in recruiting, employee training, and employee performance monitoring
  • Demonstrated success in workflow process improvement and developing and performing within an operating budget
  • Knowledge and comprehension of medical risk management issues

 

Compliance Audit Nurse

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various compliance-related audits for documentation and reimbursement purposes;
  • Develop and present annual staff compliance training;
  • Monitor compliance throughout organization with Code of Conduct;
  • Educate physicians on documentation and coding requirements;
  • Research and communicate changing Medicare regulations and requirements;
  • Monitor MCH Compliance Policy

 

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Texas with a bachelor degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of two years experience in compliance audits
  • CPC Certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of coding systems:
    • ICD-9
    • CPT
  • Basic knowledge of and interest in Medicare billing rules and regulations
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships with members of the medical and administrative staff

  

RNs and LVNs

FT Mon-Fri. 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Successful candidates must be Registered in TX, possess good clinical & patient assessment skills, have the ability to multitask and to work as a team member. Minimum 5 years clinical experience is preferred. Oncology experience a plus. Phlebotomy experience required. Must have the ability to stay organized, establish priorities, provide exceptional customer service, and complete responsibilities timely.

Financial Counselor

Qualified individual must have three to five years of experience in physician billing, have strong knowledge of medical collections, and be a highly motivated self-starter.  Experience in ICD-9 coding required.
